1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Colaborando you accept these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the platform.

2. What is Colaborando?

Colaborando is a platform operated by Conexión Laboral del Bajío S.A. de C.V. (CLB) that connects people seeking jobs in the manufacturing industry of the Bajío region with client companies, and manages the onboarding process: registration, documents, enrollment, shifts, payments and communication.

3. Eligibility and registration

You must be of legal age and provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data and documents you register.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs in your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use by writing to [email protected].

5. Acceptable use

When using Colaborando you agree NOT to:

• Provide false, altered, or third-party information or documents without authorization.
• Impersonate another person or company.
• Interfere with the security, integrity or operation of the platform.
• Use the platform for purposes other than seeking employment or managing your onboarding.
• Extract or harvest data from other users or from companies.

6. Employment relationship

Colaborando is an onboarding technology tool. The employment relationship, where one exists, is formalized through the corresponding contract with CLB or the client company, as applicable. Using the platform does not by itself guarantee hiring.

7. Documents and truthfulness

The documents you register (identification, tax, IMSS, health) are processed under our Privacy Notice. False information may result in the suspension of your account or the termination of the process.

8. Intellectual property

The platform, its brand, design and content are the property of CLB and Smart Global Technologies. Using the service does not grant you any rights over them.

9. Service availability

We strive to keep the service available, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance or causes beyond our control. The service is provided “as is”, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CLB shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.

11. Privacy

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Notice, available at colaborando.site/en/privacy.

12. Changes to the terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of substantial changes via the app or email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the current version.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Querétaro, Mexico.
